Step 1:-Just open Command Prompt on your PC and run as administrator, enter the following command and press ↵Enter

pkgmgr /iu:"TelnetClient"

Step 2:-

After the first step enter the following command and press ↵Enter

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

Or on more recent versions without telnet enter these:- nc towel.blinkenlights.nl 23

On Linux and OS X/macOS:
